What to expect :

  • You will be providing after-sales technical information to resolve vehicle quality issues, documentents, repair methods and spare parts;
  • Deployment of blockades and special technical operations (OTS);
  • Active participation in the LUP QC (unique list of customer quality problems) treatment process and provision of the necessary technical information to resolve vehicle quality problems in after-sales networks;
  • Participaticipate in the documentation of OTS files (recall campaigns);
  • Manage and animate transversally to ensure the availability of spare parts necessary for the application of the technical information prepared;
  • Produce periodic and ad hoc activity reports & summary documents.
  • What you bring along :

  • Completed studies in automotive engineering or similar;
  • Familiar with spare parts, repair methods / labor time, vehicle engineering processes, gearboxes, powertrains, accessories;
  • Drafting of technical documents and after-sales information systems;
  • Workshop expertise to be able to carry out physical checks and validations of technical solutions on the vehicle;
  • Proven experience in working transversally across functions;
  • Expertise in documentation design (paper and electronic);
  • Good knowledge of either English or French language;
  • Proficient digital competences, able to understand and adapt quickly to new software.
