Role Purpose

  • Ensure SLA compliance and unmatched customer experience for key operational processes, especially Service Quality Mgmt
  • Manage relationships and service quality of operational service delivered
  • Provide both Consumer and Enterprise Service Level Management
  • Deliver Service Improvement Plans
  • Interface with 3rd party and manage services delivered by the NOCs.
  • Main Activity

  • Harmonize Service Level Management process and KPIs across Network Operations
  • Service Quality Management process owner
  • Service ownership for centrally managed services
  • Deliver regular presentation of Service Performance ( network and / or NOC) for Leadership Team
  • Deliver Service Improvement Plans
  • Ensure Demand requirements are taken into account into Service Delivery
  • Owner of Operating Models.
  • Core Competencies

  • Mobile and fixed telecommunication background with functional experience (multinational)
  • Strong understanding of the business processes / business acumen and experience in process improvement & design
  • Flexible and creative thinking capable to explore new approaches in implementing improvement plans
  • Fluent English
  • Communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Cross cultural sensitivity
  • University degree in Telecom
  • Telecom background : minimum 5 years
  • Experience of data analytics, statistics and reporting.
