Job Description

The Customer Excellence Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for executing and coordinating all onboarding and learning activities related to the Customer Excellence Onboarding Program.

This is an exciting opportunity, as the Program is a premiere in Garrett.

The role incumbent will be supporting the development of a pre-determined variety of roles across Garrett’s global population, ensuring that they are equipped with the right competencies to represent the interests of Garrett in relation to its clients, while demonstrating a customer centric mindset, in all our sites across the world.

This role will work closely with business leaders, global learning partner and wider HR colleagues to ensure effective and efficient implementation and execution of the onboarding journey.

Location of this role will be in Romania or Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a successful deployment of the program across all identified Garrett employees (450+) : the right person learns the right thing at the right time
  • Translates the Program into a Time-and-Cost efficient Deployment Calendar and ensures all stakeholders are informed on the steps they must take for a successful outcome
  • Plans all activities in the program for each level, according to the requirements
  • Communicates with participants, ensuring that the information and requirements are tailored to the respective level ( who goes through what part of the program )
  • Works with the Onboarding team to ensure that all program components are linked to individual tasks in the Onboarding module
  • Works with the Onboarding and Learning teams to ensure that learning activities are linked to the Learning platform
  • Ensures that participants are enrolled in both online and live virtual classes and have their training invitations in their calendar
  • Maintains the relationship with Garrett senior leaders invited in the program to ensure availability and participation, as laid out in the program
  • Maintains the relationship with Garrett SMEs to ensure training materials, business cases etc. are available and updated (if needed)
  • Monitors and tracks program completion by each participant
  • Establishes learning groups and Tracks training attendance
  • Re-assigns / re-allocates participants to other learning groups in case of justified absence
  • Maintains the relationship with external training providers to plan and deliver the agreed learning modules for each level
  • Collaborates with global Learning Planners to ensure learning credit is recorded on the Learning platform for the participants
  • Gathers feedback from participants and provides reports with suggestions for program improvement
  • Acts as a POC for all employees (in case of system issues, missing invitations, clarifying questions etc.)
  • Budgeting : Tracks cost for each function and ensures charge back
  • You will absolutely love this opportunity, if :

  • You have Project Management or Program coordination experience (minimum 1 year) : you connected many people across functions to perform varied activities that were part of a whole
  • You have amazing planning (and adjusting fast) skills : your direct manager and team members would tell us they have no idea how you do it, because you are un-be-lie-va-ble
  • You have an excellent eye for detail
  • You love being your own boss now and then : you will execute a part of the program you coordinate
  • You have good communication skills : friendly, patient, balance between offering details and switching to the bigger picture, depending on your audience
  • You’re good with numbers
  • You are persistent and have good influencing skills : you will have to ensure that senior Garrett leaders attend the meetings they have to attend, and you’ll have to answer some questions of which many start with Why ?
  • You thrive in ambiguity and just love to bring order into chaos : you will have to organize yourself and others
