About the roleThe main purpose of this role is to monitor credit product, provide new improvements based on ongoing analysis and provide documentation for development teams.

PayU manage a credit product in Romania that serves for merchants. It is crucial to maintain and evolve current solution in a sustainable way.

Excited yet? Continue reading to find out More about the role - what you’ll be doing : Proactively monitor the system to identify, investigate and action potential problems and improvements.

Conduct system and impact analysis related to new features / functionality and improvements in current product.Collect and translate business / product requirements into documented technical requirements, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and scoping documents with functional specifications for development team.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing. effective communication, ability to negotiate and align with stakeholders during the planning & execution of the project / product.

Manage solutions under pressure and show ability to resolve conflicts.Manage dependencies with a strong hand and ring the bell immediately once dependencies are broken.

  • What are we looking for?At least a MS degree Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in BA / POFluency in English (the company’s working language is English)Agile experience Targeted skills : Naturally curious, actively challenged to identify & implement improvementsPlanning and Organizational SkillsFlexible mindset with strong ability to adapt for changing business requirements and needsAttention to details and accuracy is a mustDemonstrated ability to collaborate and problem-solve with different teams / departmentsFamiliarity with e-commerce and fintech market, in particular to lending productsStrong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (partners, management, development team etc) in various forumAbility to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technologyAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, both with business and technical teamsStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skillsWhat we offer : Unique opportunity to become a part of a global company with a value-based approach (we are part of the international Naspers group);
