Cerner's Open Platform Development team is growing! We are working to create a robust, standards-based API ecosystem to extend the Cerner Millennium platform to third party developers.

Are you ready to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative team building a cutting-edge cloud-based platform?

As a Scrum Master II, you are responsible for organizing and leading one or more cross-functional scrum teams through the Product Development Process from initiation to release.

You will leverage agile ceremonies to drive prioritization and planning to increase scrum team productivity, agility, and velocity.

You should act as a liaison and primary point of contact between the scrum team(s) and product management, product development, and other stakeholder teams.

Also you will manage the progress of the sprint; proactively anticipate, avoid, remove, or overcome distractions and barriers that impede or slow scrum team progress.

Also, drive collaborative cooperation and consensus within the scrum team(s) and across other stakeholders through strong communication and conflict resolution.

You drive continuous improvement for key metrics through proactive and predictive analytics using historical data to identify, anticipate and recommend risk mitigation strategies to leadership.

You will model and promote adoption of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices that support our product development processes.

You are responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities at a team or department level.
