Your work-life opportunity :
We are looking for an organized Sales Quality Controller to be responsible for administrative duties and monitoring the sales department activities and keeping accurate data.
Main responsibilities include tracking / monitoring sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing feedback to team activities, and maintaining accurate customer accounts / leads in the CRM.
Sales Quality Controller is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.
To be a successful Sales Quality Controller, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Be a part of a team where you will :
Run continuous quality evaluations for the sales team members to ensure that quality assurance standards are met
Provide feedback, and work on improvement plans to drive constant growth within the sales team
Investigate sales activities / records, and analyze data to identify gaps or barriers
Propose innovative solutions to overcome flaws and weaknesses in the processes
Work closely with management and trainers to improve procedures and practices
Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports
Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
You have :
2-3 years of proven experience as a quality assurance specialist,
Experience in Quality Control in Call Center is an advantage
Experience in the delivery industry is a great advantage,
Experience with SalesForce is great advantage,
Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions and best practices for constant improvement of staff and processes,
Strong attention to detail, proven problem-solving and analytical skills,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Impressive presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
