Your work-life opportunity :

We are looking for an organized Sales Quality Controller to be responsible for administrative duties and monitoring the sales department activities and keeping accurate data.

Main responsibilities include tracking / monitoring sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing feedback to team activities, and maintaining accurate customer accounts / leads in the CRM.

Sales Quality Controller is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

To be a successful Sales Quality Controller, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Be a part of a team where you will :

  • Run continuous quality evaluations for the sales team members to ensure that quality assurance standards are met
  • Provide feedback, and work on improvement plans to drive constant growth within the sales team
  • Investigate sales activities / records, and analyze data to identify gaps or barriers
  • Propose innovative solutions to overcome flaws and weaknesses in the processes
  • Work closely with management and trainers to improve procedures and practices
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports
  • Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
  • You have :

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a quality assurance specialist,
  • Experience in Quality Control in Call Center is an advantage
  • Experience in the delivery industry is a great advantage,
  • Experience with SalesForce is great advantage,
  • Demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions and best practices for constant improvement of staff and processes,
  • Strong attention to detail, proven problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Impressive presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
