In this role you will assist and participate in the ongoing maintenance of 8X8's Global ATS system, provide reporting support, and provide support on various TA / HR cross-functional projects.
Serve as Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) related questions or support
Identify and understand TA pain points and bottlenecks in the entire candidate and hiring process
Simplify, refine, and document best practices across all areas of Talent Acquisition
Establish and meet operational goals to improve the TA team's process, with a focus on Workday features and functions
Escalates questions / issues as necessary to assigned stakeholders
Maintain the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of sensitive company and employee data in the ATS system
Enter requisitions and make changes / updates as necessary
Ensure candidates are moved through the process in a timely manner
Audit referral submissions to maintain SLA of 48 hour response time
Maintain Data Integrity in ATS system to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with applicable legal and Co requirements
Provide support on various projects which include data gathering, data audit / scrubbing, reporting in relation to candidate data including hires
Automate existing processes, reporting, and tools to ensure standardization and consistency across the team
Ensure a smooth integration between our systems : Workday, LinkedIn, HireRight, etc.
Documents, tracks and suggests improvements on related processes
2-3 years of HR Operations, Talent Operations or HRIS experience (Workday and / or Lever preferred)
Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions in alignment with business processes
Intermediate Excel and other MS Office Suite tools
Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets / Docs / Slides)
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Ability to multitask between projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions
Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable within a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
