Description :

Provide documentation control support to sales teams to ensure customer documentation requirements are met in a timely manner and fulfilling Emerson quality standards and coordinates Documentation Controller Teams in day to day activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Produce approval documentation as required and in a timely manner;
  • Provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained;
  • Respond effectively to documentation requests and queries from internal customers;
  • Ensure an efficient communication with factories, internal and external customers;
  • Ensure getting in timely manner all information and documents needed form factories and other support centers Emerson, in order to proper inform and update the sales team about any issue, delay;
  • Maintain soft copy documents;
  • Facilitate archiving of documentation;
  • Ensure a proper workload distribution among all documentation controllers;
  • Continuously increase the level of knowledge among the documentation controllers (collecting individual training needs, individual development plan creation, etc.);
  • Maintain accurate and updated order logs;
  • Coach other / new Documentation controllers;
  • Ensure proper balance of workload within the teams;
  • Offer feed-back to team members in regular meetings in regards to their performance; give inputs in evalutaion sessions for team members;
  • Act as first esclation point;
  • Prepare time sheet and approve vacation and leave of absences;
  • Generates and sends monthly reports;
  • Offer support and back-up to the Manager.
  • Requirements :

  • 1+ year experience in Documentation;
  • Excellent English
  • Customer orientation;
  • PC skills : MS Office, Internet, ERP systems;
  • Drive for results;
