Monitors network equipment alarms;
Monitors and modifies the requests from the company's ticketing systems;
Monitors the proper functioning of the services offered to the clients;
Takes over and treats the notifications appeared by mail, telephone or through the ticketing system,
Generates, stores and provides customers with reports on the status of services.
The ideal candidate
Technical knowledge on TCP / IP and HFC networks - communications media, communications equipment, monitoring of CPE equipment;
Relevant experience in working with hardware equipment;
Certification in the field of networking - CCNA is an advantage;
Higher education in progress or completion in the technical field;
Knowledge of technical English at intermediate level;
Customer orientation and achieving results;
Integrity and trust.
You day to day
Monitors network equipment alarms.
Monitors and modifies the tickets from the USMS system.
Monitors and modifies tickets in the Clarify system.
Ensures the dispatching of teams to solve incidents and problems.
Ensures the fast interdepartmental information flow in situations of damages, network failures
Monitors the proper functioning of the services offered to clients.
Takes over and treats according to the internal procedures the notifications appeared by mail, telephone or through the ticketing system, related to the services offered to the clients.
Ensures the security of the internal resources of the department it manages.
Reports to the superior directly any problem with major implications in the activity of the clients or of the infrastructure.
Reports and escalates any problem that violates the SLAs of the activity.
Generates, stores and provides clients with reports on the status of contracted services, according to internal procedures.
Completes daily informative reports on the activity carried out.
