The Agreement to Cash (A2C) Director, EMEA role is a key part of the global Agreement to Cash (A2C) organisation, which is focussed on billing, cash applications, disputes and cash collection.
As part of the leadership team this role is focused on driving improvements and delivery of billing and collections for EMEA.
Our core EMEA business has thousands of customers ranging from small, medium businesses to our largest and most strategic accounts.
Across this customer base and our commercial structure, we have a broad range of payment behaviours.
This is a key leadership role that faces off to senior business and finance leaders, deals with key customers (e.g. for escalations or disputes) and interacts with sales leaders to influence and drive collections, as well as effective billing solutions.
What you will do
The A2C Director, EMEA will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the EMEA A2C teams across clusters over 36 countries (some activities are also serviced by off-shore shared services).
This will include driving delivery of cash collection strategies and tightly managing the teams, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret key A2C outcome drivers, taking appropriate action where necessary.
The role will include ownership of A2C Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with responsibility for both development, refinement and ongoing monitoring to ensure that agreed service delivery metrics are met / exceeded.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Significant senior management or Director level experience as a multinational leader in an agreement to cash, billing or collections function.
An in-depth knowledge of most Agreement to Cash (A2C) or international finance shared service environments a must.
Proven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally, and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organisation.
