Within the Société Générale, you will join a multi-cultural, fun team of architecture enthusiasts, working at the heart of the transformation of the IT systems in the Financial domain of our Bank.
What you will do :
Coordinates the architectural and security activities on assigned projects and evolutions, in collaboration with technical, infrastructure and security experts;
E2E responsible for the implementation of the architecture and security framework at the level of the assigned projects and evolutions;
Ensures that the solution architectures are aligned to the principles, patterns and standards defined at Group level;
Identifies the development / evolution needs of the IT system and the urbanization plan and makes proposals for improvement;
Leads or contributes to the definition of the Transformation Strategic Plan on the assigned domains;
Assesses the coherence of projects with the target architecture of the IT system and participates in the definition and design of solutions ;
Proposes scenarios of evolution and simplification, depending on the constraints of the organization, context, regulatory framework and ensuring the definition of sustainable functional models;
Validates the proposed architecture at project level within the comitology framework defined at the organization level;
Plays an active role in architecture communities and data communities at Group level.
University studies in one of the following : Informatics, Economics, Cybernetics, Computer Science;
At least 5 years of experience in working in complex projects in the financial services domain in either a PM, Senior BA or Tech Lead role;
Ideally, at least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Data Architect or Enterprise Architect;
English & French language at advanced level;
Preferred certifications : TOGAF certification, ITIL or Six Sigma certification;
Understanding of concepts such as API ,micro-servicing, SOA, Cloud platforms, BIG Data technologies and able to make clear solution choices;
Agile methodologies exposure (basic understanding of the DevOps role);
Curiosity, inquisitive spirit, ability to challenge the status quo in terms of process, technology, practices and to propose innovative solutions;
Advanced stakeholder management skills and influencing skills.
