As a Data Analyst you will be fully engaged to provide your main stakeholders with relevant insights and recommendations as support for business decisions.
A solid understanding of the customer base, related products and processes will enable you to build strong relationships with Business Strategy peers, Channels and Marketing functions and deliver the right analyses, customer profiles or predictive models.
As a Data Analyst in an Agile Way of Working, you will be a part of a Squad and will dedicate your time and efforts to achieve the tribe / squad’s purpose to :
Perform complex analysis of products (profiles, segmentations) in order to help internal partners to better understand users of products delivered to customers
Perform in-depth analysis of direct marketing campaigns in order to understand what type of customers responded to a certain actions and why
Deliver detailed analyses to measure product performance, new products launch results or product efficiency to support business decisions
Support commercial decisions through pricing analyses or development of A / B tests
Come with recommendations to improve future direct marketing actions based on performed analyses
Communicate insights to key stakeholders, share them with team members and ensure that the insights are fully understood
Develop analytical data sets to be used for the designated business area
Ensure high quality standards are met (documentation is in place, quality checks are working and data in dashboards is updated according to data sources)
Ensure reusability of developed scripts and methodologies to allow quicker and reliable provision of insights in the future
Contribute on business requirements with recommendations on how customers data should be set-up in DWH environment in order to be easily accessible from analytical point of view
What you bring to the team
Previous experience in a Data Analyst role;
Extensive analytical and statistical skill-set in the field of direct marketing actions, data analysis, service analysis;
Proven experience in working with data analysis tools (SAS analytical package, SPSS, Python, R, SQL) and BI tools (e.g.
Cognos, SAS, Qlikview, MicroStrategy);
Bachelor's degree (Mathematics, Marketing, Cybernetics, Statistics, Automatic Control & Computers);
Data driven and computer savvy;
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely : strong, clear communicator across departments;
Team player with ambition and energy, decisiveness and discipline;
Self-motivated; constructively approach to problems; open to new approaches;
Passion for delivery and customer satisfaction with an enthusiastic, get-it-done attitude and ability to see the big picture.
