  • Tasks :

  • Identifies new business opportunities for Airfreight and Ocean Freight transport services within the allocated geographical area South of Romania;
  • Focus on customers with more than 200K turnover (exclusively from air and ocean shipments);
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of the frame agreement / contract with corporate accounts insuring technical and contractual conformity by being the leading part of the process of sale;
  • Prepares commercial offers according to company policies and based on the solutions designed together with Product Management;
  • Supervise the complete implementation of the awarded Air & Ocean Freight services within the operational departments;
  • Closely cooperate with Schenker RO sales team and Product Management for Airfreight and for Ocean Freight in order to reach sales targets;
  • Attends various sales events including meetings, visits and trainings;
  • Actively participate in the receivables - collection process;
  • Monitors policies and practices to ensure compliance;
  • Prepares analysis and monthly reports.- Evalueaza in mod obiectiv informatiile preluate din surse multiple (sefi de departament, product manageri), descompune informatiile de nivel inalt in detalii, abstractizeaza pornind de la informatii de nivel scazut pentru obtinerea unei intelegeri generale, de ansamblu si face diferenta intre solicitarile primite si nevoile reale;
  • Dezvolta specificatii pe baza cerintelor folosind sabloane standard si un limbaj natural; - Dezvolta rapoarte si analize de business pe baza specificatiilor;
  • Comunica si colaboreaza proactiv cu clientii interni in vederea analizarii si solutionarii nevoilor informationale
  • Requirements :

  • Field sales experience in transportation / logistics domain for at least 2 years;
  • Air & Ocean freight expertise;
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
  • Good command of PC applications;
  • Good knowledge of Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus;
  • Higher education in logistics or sales would be strong advantage;
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, with initiatives;
  • Customer & results orientation;
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
  • Good analytical skills and excellent time management;
  • Driving license - B category.- Cunostinte de SQL nivel avansat, precum si pachetul Office; - Limba engleza nivel avansat;
  • Cunostinte de managementul proiectelor; - Abilitati de analiza solide, inclusiv o intelegere in detaliu a modurilor de a interpreta nevoile de afaceri ale clientului intern si de a le translata in cerinte referitoare la aplicatii si operationale;
  • Abilitati eficiente de comunicare verbala si scrisa si abilitatea de a interactiona profesional cu grupuri diverse, directori, experti etc;
  • Gandire logica, capacitati de a lucra simultan la mai multe activitati, orientare spre detalii; - Planificare si organizare;
  • Absolvent facultate cu profil IT si / sau economic
