Provides support for the activities in shopfloor,
Tire production knowhow
Checking of tires
Manages incidents / problems in HPSM and escalate them to support levels 2 and 3 as appropriate;
Support of IT applications / systems;
Support users in IT related areas;
Integrate, test existing and new IT equipment / applications;
Make repairing works with 2nd and 3rd level support and / or with third party companies if it is necessary;
Ensure support for IPC / PC backup and restoration of data;
Troubleshoot and fast solving of issues according to priority level;
Monitoring and preventing potential security risk according to company cybersecurity;
Following and execution existing IT procedures, processes, instructions and best practices;
User support and helpdesk;
CALL-IN service (support during nights weekends and bank holidays)
Install and handover of IT equipment / applications;
Provide support for IT maintenance activities;
University degree or relevant experience in the field minimum 2 years
Relevant experience and knowledge of tire transport systems
Relevant experience in automotive industry
Power BI development
coding knowhow (database related)
