This new role, available in our Online Department, will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts, lead and develop UX & e-

commerce projects in order to improve the customer experience journey on our website, while working closely with UI designers, developers, IT and Ecommerce team members to achieve the desired results.

Role :

  • Leading new creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices; driving the direction, style, and methodology of design and accessibility
  • Demonstrate an effective use of quantitative and qualitative customer insights to create differentiated segment strategies for online projects
  • Work with web analytics, customer insight data and findings from user testing to develop winning test ideas
  • Brainstorm new experiment plans with the team and have a hands-on approach for the creation and implementation of these ideas
  • Coordinate with key partners across the business, from research, design and content through to tech and senior management
  • Focuses on delivery. Implements and uses on a daily basis digital local & international tools for the digital acceleration of the company
  • Clearly convey testing ideas through concise written briefs and wireframes
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  • Leads with strong project management skills
  • Preparing technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform tasks efficiently and work together with E-commerce team to ensure projects success.
  • Monitors e-commerce excellence and Key Performance Indicators giving periodically performance reports to top management from internal tools or from e-commerce clients
  • Profile :

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing digital products and experiences (preferably cross platform mobile, web, device, or other formats)
  • Experience in leading projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization, including designers, researchers, product managers and software developers
  • Familiar with A / B testing for optimizing the online customer journey
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through technical specifications
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivation, should be highly organized
  • Confidence using web analytics and collecting & driving improvement ideas from customer insights.
  • Experience in creating test plans, using split testing software and analysing split test results.
  • A plus if will have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • English advanced level
