Provide assistance and support to HR Director on designing, implementing and monitoring human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, HR operations.

Provide assistance and support to HR Director on designing, implementing and monitoring human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, HR operations.

Payroll

  • Liaise with external payroll services company to ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
  • Keep an evidence of annual leave, medical leave, travel abroad and any other relevant employee activity to accurately record daily working hours (pontaj)
  • Provide all relevant information for the monthly payroll preparation (including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, annual leave, sickness absence payments, maternity pay)
  • Provide input to meal tickets provider
  • Perform payroll checks
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Support the planning, design, evaluation and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Support and administer cost-effective benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health and disability insurance
  • Assist in the development, implementation and administration of compensation, such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, offer letters, salary increases and salary surveys.
  • Personnel administration

  • Collaborate with the external personnel administration provider to answer employees’ enquiries, provide requested documents, keep personnel records in order
  • Prepare employment contracts and collect all necessary employment documentation
  • Prepare termination documentation
  • Health and safety

  • Manage the relation with the medical service provider give input on joiners and leavers, ensure periodical medical checkups happen in a timely manner
  • Manage the relation with the work safety provider ensure all employees follow internal process and local legislation requirements, periodical updates take place, new joiners are properly trained
  • HR Operations

  • Assist in the design and implementation of all HR policies and procedures and provide guidance to employees when needed
  • Respond to employee questions, concerns and grievances
  • Manage HR information and employee records using the most efficient computer systems and applications (Workday)
  • Benchmarking outside the company to identify potential HR policies improvement areas.
  • Participate in various strategic HR projects
  • Recruitment

  • Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and / or internal candidates for entry level, experienced professional / technical, support staff
  • Build applicant sources by researching and conducting educational institutions, employment agencies, executive search firms, and other sources of applicants.
  • Place employment ads in appropriate sources.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process including statistics.

  • Learning and development

  • Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of training and development plans and programs to support organizational needs such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or non-technical training
  • Monitors employee training and development programs, assesses needs and results
  • Performance Management

  • Assists in the development and delivery of performance management programs to support organizational needs
  • Monitors performance management cycle, assesses needs and results
  • Prepares performance management internal training presentations and supports all employees during performance appraisal cycle.
  • Culture

  • Assist in the development and implementation of key initiatives to promote and continue to bring to life company’s Culture and Values
  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    Minimum Degree of Education levels :

    BSc in Business Administration / HRM

    Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (desirable)

    Professional Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on a similar position
