As the B2B E-commerce Merchandiser , you'll be part of a global organization responsible for HP's B2B e-commerce website serving corporate, education and public sector customers.
You'll apply e-commerce experience and knowledge to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements and drive incremental revenue growth.
Through data-driven analysis, you'll plan and execute cross-selling and upselling campaigns with personalized product recommendations.
You'll exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select creative solutions.
Build innovative cross-selling and upselling campaigns to increase average order value and grow incremental revenue
Work with the E-commerce Analytics lead to provide personalized, data-driven product recommendations to customers based on propensity models
Contribute to catalog navigation and product hierarchy strategy
Manage search relevancy rankings, sorting rules and search term optimization to improve site search conversions
A / B testing set-up and execution to continuously optimize campaign performance
Assist with the QA of site enhancements
Work closely with the analytics lead and category teams to choose products to feature
Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects
Produces moderately to highly complex deliverables, analyses and reports using business applications, making recommendations and / or decisions on common issues
Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies
Understands complex business issues and makes appropriate recommendations by applying intermediate subject matter expertise
Education and Experience Required :
First level university degree or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years of experience in an e-commerce related function
Experience working with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics a bonus)
Experience with site search performance and analytics
Knowledge and Skills :
Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
The ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies
