The commercial operation team's primary purpose is to work collaboratively with the sales organisation to help drive strategic business planning and commercial growth initiatives through the design of data analytics, sales processes, and leveraging of sales productivity tools.
This role will have a key role in driving the development, testing and roll out of sales productivity tools to the sales teams, also helping to facilitate sales team training and inductions.
Team Leader Commercial Operations role is to play a key contributor role as well as lead and motivate the Commercial Operations COE team to optimum performance levels to achieve agreed targets contributing to the sales organisation's objectives.
Provide clear and concise direction, support, and guidance to the team through effective coaching, leadership and setting of SMART objectives.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the movements of CRM Accounts, Sales Quota Carrier Territories, and Sales Reporting functions within the ESI Sales organization at ADP.
In conjunction with centralized Sales Operations and ADP's Business Process Innovation, the Team Leader Commercial Operations will help establish a best-in-class focused practice on account management, territory management and standardized reporting support for Sales Business Units engaged with small business to large multinational corporations.
Partners and consults with Sales Insights & Automation (part of Global Sales Operations) and provides quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities.
