The HR Shared Services Centre was established in 2017 and delivers Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HR System Support services for Samsung European subsidiaries.
This position is a strategic role for the HR SSC, accountable for the overall execution and service delivery of recruitment activities for European subsidiaries, leading a team of four recruiters.
Role and Responsibilities
What you will do
Lead the HR SSC team of recruiters; support their mentoring, coaching, and development
Champion a strong collaboration and high performance culture in the team
Proactively review and continuously refine and evolve best practices, tools and processes
Foster and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and fulfill recruiting demand
Act as a consultative tactical partner, by knowing the labor market and subsidiaries’ business industry, in order to provide extraordinary sourcing services
Strategically forecast resourcing needs and proper allocation of resources
Develop materials and deliver trainings on recruiting SSC process, Workday recruiting module etc.
Closely track and monitor recruitment SSC KPIs. Use data and KPIs to analyze results and prepare improvement action plans
Ownership on comprehensive reporting to Senior Leadership
Assess and measure customer feedback, prepare suggestions and action plan on how to further improve and refine services
Regularly share with the team data regarding success, challenges, areas of opportunity etc.
What enables you to do a great job
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting work experience and 3+ years’ experience in managing a team, with proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing successful recruiting efforts
Strong business knowledge, experience in a Recruitment shared services environment, offering support for other countries across Europe region.
Previous experience in working in a recruitment agency is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, as well as ability to successfully lead through metrics. Passion to deliver hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SLAs), while operating under optimal levels of productivity capacity utilization
Skilled in attracting talent through social media and networking, Boolean strings, direct / cold call sourcing, traditional and creative sourcing methods
Previous experience in working with Workday Recruitment is a plus
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to deliver strong presentations, lead training and facilitate meetings
Superb interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships at all levels both within and outside the organization
