A Key Account Manager is responsible in achieving the Michelin Business Results and managing the business continuity with a select group of key accounts.
Main Responsibilities :
Negotiate a single / multi-year customer contract that is aligned with each entity in terms of commercial, financial and distribution strategies.
Develop and formalize in-depth knowledge of the account : build and maintain the key information needed for the Customer Identity Card, establish an account diagnostic, understand the account’s business strategy, identify and document key business contacts in the Power Map.
Analyze Michelin’s position with the accounts.
Define and validate with the entity management team a strategy for each account.
Build and negotiate a joint development plan with the account. Manage the implementation of the operational plans.

Previous experience in sales :
Languages : native in Romanian and intermediate in English.
Field mobility is a must.
