Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.

Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.

Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and / or deals.

Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical.

Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors / omissions corrected.

For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

5 plus years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

The mission of the ACS Delivery Tools & Systems team is to develop and maintain internal tools that automate workflow for the ACS / MCS service offerings and provide executive reporting based on results.

Role Summary : Provide program support for ACS / MCS workflow tools improving operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of financial and tactical business objectives.

Responsible for monitoring / actioning delivery questions and requests, tool process support and readiness and communication activity.

Also provide project support to program leads related to tool development and deployment. Develop, communicate, and train the organization on functionality and best practice approach usage.

Serve as a liaison with delivery regional subject matter experts supporting system and tools adoption requirements, training workshops and forum support.

Job Requirements :

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Strong project management skills are essential and attention to detail critical.

The role requires an ability to collect, organize, and display data in an appropriate format, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management.

8-10 plus years relevant work experience.

Prior work experience in service industry highly desirable as well as working directly with software development. Candidate must be self-directed and work well under remote management.

The individual must be capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamically changing work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Liaison with delivery regional support team responsible for system and tools forum requirements
  • Continually question and test the robustness and compliancy of processes. Identify and drive tactical improvements.
  • Own readiness and communications activity during release cycles
  • Manage and / or support UAT activities for all new development efforts, upgrades, migrations
  • Work closely with the Global Process Owners to develop a good understanding of customer data processes and systems
  • Develop and implement a complete training project plan / schedule to satisfy agreed business requirements, including content gathering, assessments and association to learning paths
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Experience with Apex, OBIEE, Jira and ability to learn other tools as needed.
  • Experience in writing and reviewing business requirements and user documentation
  • Project management experience and a background working in a virtual global environment
  • Good planning and facilitation skills, well organized, detail orientated, resourceful, focused on meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to build and sustain positive working relationships
  • Flexible, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and receptive to change
  • Flexible working schedule to accommodate global stakeholders and processes
  • Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
  • Business Process Management or Business Analyst experience
  • BS Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years in a role with project management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and achieve results through collaborating with cross-functional, virtual teams, across multiple countries and time zones
