The role of HRIS Manager is responsible for maintaining and continually improving the London Stock Exchange Groups core HR system and associated infrastructure, with a focus on developing and maintaining the Groups Workday platform and enhancing our internal capability.
Playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of the HRIS function you will be an interface with the wider HR function, IT and all other key stakeholders.
Crucial to the success of the role is your ability to effectively communicate technical and process change, while overseeing process design, implementation, testing and change management.
This role forms part of a global HRIS team with colleagues in Sri Lanka, Romania and the United Kingdom.
Essential Skills and Experience
Demonstrable Technical Experience of Workday HCM (certification highly desirable)Experience in a similar role within the financial services industryHighly proficient in Workday Recruiting, Learning, Time Off and AbsenceExperience of configuring, building and maintaining Workday IntegrationsRelease management experience in a SaaS environmentExperience of testing and deployment planningHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of HR processesExperience of working in a fast-paced matrix environmentAnalytical thinker with process development expertiseAbility to work well in structured and unstructured environments, be a self-starter, work well under pressure and with changing priorities, and manage own time effectivelyProficient in Workday security and business process configurationKnowledge of Workday implementation methodology, combined with the experience of running / facilitating design workshops
