About the team

The International Talent Acquisition team is responsible for delivering high caliber talent across Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

We are a hard work, close-knit and diverse team, working from multiple countries and time zones. Mentoring is very strong in the team and all make themselves available to help, guide and recognize one another.

We meet regularly, welcome feedback and all of our team members feel free to voice their views and influence processes.

What you will do

In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, build trust-based relationship with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs.

Additionally, you will determine hiring targets and manage the end-to-end assessment process. You will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work hand in hand with candidates (mostly in IT) and internal clients guiding both efficiently through our robust process while providing consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals.

You will have a focus on quality, partnering with HR Business Partners and the Global Talent Acquisition team.

You will have the opportunity to participate in recruiting related projects globally and will work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities.

Lastly, you will ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and will help develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.

The position can be based in Brasov working from our office or working remote from any other location in Romania.


Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or similar or 4 year’s relevant work experience
  • Plus 2 years’ higher education or work experience directly related to the duties on the job, including : 2 years Human Resources work experience
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Several years’ experience in full cycle Tech recruitment in Romania
  • Experience in Recruitment Digital Marketing
  • Internal recruitment experience in a similar capacity in a large multinational organization
  • Experience with Behavioral Interviewing techniques
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and candidate tracking systems
  • Additional Information

    All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
