Yout tasks :

  • Prepare and data input of general ledger entries including personnel, warranty and other provisions;
  • Analyze and review of general ledger accounts including reconciliation of intercompany account balances and accruals;
  • Check intercompany matching for plausibility;
  • Maintain schedule of leases, contracts and agreements including year end audit lease schedule;
  • Assist in coordination and maintenance of general ledger;
  • Prepare month end closing bookings for general ledger, month end closing reports & cashflow forecast;
  • Prepare the annual reports for auditors according to audit responsibility listing;
  • Your competences :

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Business;
  • 3-5 years experience in accounting;
  • Fluency in English; German language would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication skills and ability to connect easily with other people;
