Junior Brand Manager - Oral Health Care
Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager supports the implementation of winning marketing strategies for a local brand, ensuring sales value & profit growth, and growing market share.
The role involves strong communication skills, project management, an analytical mindset with action-driven behavior. Ability to work closely with internal & external stakeholders.
The role of the individual is to support the activation & execution of the strategy with excellence. Leading own projects, working closely with agencies, and tracking and controlling an allocated A&P budget.
A key part of the role will be close cooperation with the Brand Manager to ensure flawless execution of the strategy & plans.
In this role you will...
Brief, manage and provide feedback to agencies in order to achieve brand goals
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor Degree / Master Study in Marketing, Economics, Management
Fluency in English and local language
1-2 years experience in Marketing / Brand Management
Preferred Qualifications & Skills :
Very good communication / presentation skills
Goal orientation and action driven behavior
Problem solving skills
Analytical and project management skills
Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
