YOUR REMIT WILL BE :
Provide general administrative support to the Site General Manager, as well as to the respective Leadership Team Members as required;
Proactive coordination of calendar, appointments, agenda preparation, assembling pre-reads, tracking of open action items, organizing workshops and team events, travel arrangements and expenses;
Work effectively with key partners and their personal / team assistants;
Prepares POs, checks invoices and ensures timely approvals;
Supports project coordinator designated projects with regards to milestones, templates, meetings, etc. to ensure deadlines are met, including initiation of contracts for market access, commercial and finance departments;
Contributes to the culture and mission of the Romania Oncology organization;
Has the ability to take on special projects and tasks for temporary assignments that are work needed.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as executive administrative assistant, (multinational environment is an advantage);
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Good level of English (written & spoken);
Previous familiarity with systems like or similar to time & expense, SAP, Ariba;
Able to work independently and autonomously;
Experience communicating with senior partners;
Excellent planning and organizational skills;
Ability to learn new procedures and ways of working;
Demonstrates ability to connect with new colleagues and drive a positive culture
