Since 2011 our office has been growing at a fast pace and it is now the second largest team of InSites Consulting. We recently moved to a new office space in the center of Timisoara, supporting our future expansion.
As Project Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing all operations related to ongoing market research projects and for the further development of the office from an implementation’ center into a competence’ center.
It’s our goal to organize the project implementation team in such a way that it maximizes employee & client happiness. This involves taking responsibility for people management, process management and strategic projects within the team.
You are the glue in the team, connecting the different departments and making sure all communication runs smoothly and efficiently on market research projects.
By empowering the team you encourage them to take ownership within and across their area of expertise
You closely monitor and report critical KPIs to ensure a (cost-)efficient implementation of all market research projects.
When required you intervene and make sure to get projects back on track and maximize (internal) customer satisfaction
On a more strategic level you initiate actions to further improve quality, automation and process efficiency, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
You’re involved in coaching of some of the team members and give support in recruitment, performance monitoring and detecting training needs
Last but not least you develop a strong connection between the project implementation team and the other InSites offices abroad and foster a successful cross-office collaboration.
Master degree in Management and minimum 8 years of working experience in a services company
Successful experience in managing internal client operations. Working experience in an international context is a plus
Strong understanding of how a business operates
Proficient in English
Understanding of the market research industry is a plus
