We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong passion for technology and innovation who can guide products from start to launch specifically in the Cybersecurity space.
You will be responsible for coordinating technical requirements and working closely with the Product Management and R&D team to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries.
Serve as a technical program manager / system analyst for a service provider and enterprise product lines
Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities conducting the communications with product buyers and channel partners
Manage software requirements for internal and external development
Work closely with other Product and Program managers to ensure the scope will be executed
Facilitate communication throughout the development process inside Acronis, collaborate with designers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality products
Coordinate release activities and launch process with partners and Acronis Sales, Marketing and Support teams
Develop a deep understanding of new customers’ needs as well as wants, make data-driven decisions about direction to grow
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
2+ years of experience in project management - managing product requirements for Cybersecurity products and services in a Cloud provider environment
IT or Cybersecurity Project and Program Management experience; experience and / or knowledge with EPP, EDR, and Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is a plus
Proficiency in communicating with multiple stakeholders, business and technical, internal and external, to clarify and shape the technical requirements
Proficiency in decomposing the requirements into user stories
Experience in working with workflow management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Experience in analyzing, modeling, and describing business processes and customer journey maps
Ability to provide constructive feedback when validating requirements match during demonstrations
Desire to track the success on the market, to come up with improvement suggestions, and push them into the product / service
Understands the software development lifecycle, experience in the Agile software development process
Data-driven person, have basic statistical analysis skills
