Your work-life opportunity :
In this role you will be a key member in the regional partner operations team, working hand-by-hand with Global partner teams, and Head of partners of each different market.
At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less and your job will be to optimize the commerciales department across your region's local markets.
Residence in one of the following countries would be preferred : Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Slovenia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Be a part of a team where you will :
Drive successful Execution on the local teams’ commercial strategy
Deliver the regional Partners Business Plan, main OKRs and KPIs - assessing and giving consultancy to help the local teams
Work closely with the local teams to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change.
Draw and execute plans with local team for lagging KPIs
Participate in all the target setting and bonus achievement process for sales and account management local teams on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Analyze the performance of each team member and identify and address improvement opportunities
Keep a close eye on teams productivity and take actions based on the results
Perform all specific analysis on excel / google sheet and SaleForce for improving each lagging KPI
Be aware of local team best practices to replicate in other countries
Main Areas of contact : Local Partners team and Global Partners team
You have :
Effective English written and communication skills
Bachelor in Business Administration, or any engineering specialisation is a plus
Experience with high supporting high performance commercial teams is a must
Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge in MS Office
Salesforce and SQL experience is a plus
Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
Socially active. Have good relationships in your team and have an ability to empathize with new people you meet
Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
Data-driven with an high analytical approach and result oriented
Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
