Identify business opportunities and lead large proposals; review all project delivery processes of projects within the Unit;

Prior Experience in lead large teams and engagement
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with evidence-based leadership and employee engagement frameworks.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with knowledge of practice management and administration.
Demonstrated success in change management, teamwork, and matrix management.
