You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions.
Here you will be part of our global Financial support team and for this position you will book the incoming payments from the customers.
Your main tasks will be :
Book bank statement, all payments received form customers;
Clearing the payments received from customers (alocate the payment received on open invoices) and split payment reduction according to payment details;
Clearing payment differences (reductions made by the customer due to price differences, quality and logistic complains) with correction documents issues agains the reductions;
Check reminders prepared electronically with regard to payments not yet received from the customers;
Prepare and check balance confirmation for customers, deal with correspondence and prepare monthly reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :
In order to be successful in this position you should have :
University degree in economics;
At least 1 year experience in accounting or financial department;
Fluency in English language is mandatory; Czech or Slovak language is a major plus.
