Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As an ARMO Specialist, you will be providing high-quality maintenance services to our customers at their field locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral part in our business.

As an ARMO Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide technical support and guidance for maintenance projects
  • Planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues
  • Utilizing internal frameworks and processes to deliver successful projects
  • Handling targeted clients, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
  • Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
  • Handles targeted clients. Works based on predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have completed Bachelor studies in science disciplines or from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years proven experience in Services.
  • Have vocational academy or apprenticeship within a relevant field (Mechatronics/Industrial mechanics or FMCG/medical sectors) or keen interest in Electronics
  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Have knowledge on Lean-six sigma practices and ability to set 5S in a working environment
  • Have the ability to assemble prints and parts lists, follow formal procedures, and maintenance practices
  • Be able to demonstrated good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and display problem solving skills
  • If required, be available to work on shift, be on-call, and travel in and outside Romania.
  • Green/Black Belt certification is preferred but not mandatory.
