We build integrations between Mambu and external products using our Low-Code Platform : Mambu Process Orchestrator (MPO) and we are responsible for maintaining the ownership once the products are in production.
Your role in our mission : You will ensure high quality, maintainability and performance of the system in all SDLC and operational phases by owning technical aspects of the products and providing technical leadership to the team.
Embracing the you build it, you run it principle, you will assess and improve how the connectors are performing in live environments and facilitate inter-group communication and decisions on technical aspects.
How you contribute :
Build products using agile architecture principles and good technical practices;
Validate that products are fit for the purpose taking into account functional & non-functional requirements;
Simplify the process for products acquiring & setup;
Provide technical responses & resolutions to the customer’s queries & defects within the agreed SLAs;
Nurture and monitor technical & testing good practices of team members;
Provide efficient technical onboarding of new team members;
Share technical knowledge within the tribe as well as with the rest of the organisation;
Implement automation in setup, configuration, testing and deployments.
What’s in your toolbox :
Great technical leadership skills;
Experience with Agile Architecture good practices;
Microservices and theoretical containerization knowledge;
Experience with project planning (MVPs, phases);
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSONFamiliar with testing good practices.
