Our colleagues in the Finance teams are looking for a new Finance Accounting Analyst
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ensure accurate & timely submission of all FBP process deliverables for the cluster / country / region (forecasting / budget, etc.)
Review all processes regularly to ensure that effective controls in place to minimize risk to the business results
Responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement mindset both at the tactical level by applying operational excellence methodologies (LEAN or Six Sigma) and by working with the Global Team on strategic initiatives to improve the end to end FBP process
Ensure consistent application and adherence of all Kellogg F&A policies, including GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structure (i.
e., ROUPEE), and audit requirements as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence
Deliver against SLA / KPI end to end performance & process targets
Ensure completion of all related budget, forecast and actuals processes, deliverables and requirements for cluster / country / region.
Builds standard / ad-hoc reports using SAP, Anaplan, BPC, and delivers them by agreed deadlines.
Understands consolidation and reporting principles and assures consistency of the numbers presented to the stakeholders
Collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and cross functional teams in order to solve any financial or technical issues which occur on a monthly basis
Perform Balance sheet reconciliation (Accruals, Prepayments GL accts) in Candecy system after month closing showing visibility on aged items
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Management
Minimum +1 / 2 years of Financial Planning and Accounting experience in a complex multinational organization.
Language skills English (required).
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet Cash Flow.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, and attention to detail.
Takes ownership for his / her own work and actively seeks for improvement opportunities.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment cross functional with tight turnaround times for deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access & Excel.
