Sales Agent (Bulgaria Region)
The role :
The aim of the role is to build a long-term partnership with the customers by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and profitability
The Sales Agent will manage all activities to maximize profits in his sales territory
The Sales Agent will be responsible for the development and the qualification of the customer base (in close cooperation with Customer Specialist)
Sales targets are achieved through offers and solutions that are individually tailored to customer s needs and by the consistent focus on the value-added sales using digital tools and standard way of account management
Sales Agent will report to the Commercial Director
Who are you?
Have degree in a commercial / technical area or equivalent vocational or additional training
Good product knowledge
In-depth customer and market knowledge
Knowledge of customer relation analysis and management
General business acumen
Good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with other software programs
English fluent in written and spoken
Solution-oriented, efficient and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel
Resilient and self-motivated
