About this job : The job holders are responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the resources / processes to achieve the project objectives within the limits of scope, implementation schedule, quality standards.

In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities : Provides support to the project management department to ensure that the associated projects are executed according to the implementation schedule.

  • Participates in internal technical discussions with the client and the engineering company; Provides support to the sales team in preparing bids (technical / cost) and specifications / tender files;
  • Performs the analysis and selection of suppliers / subcontractors used for the implementation of the project; Checks the project execution documentation in the issuance for approval phase;
  • Checks and coordinates the execution of works on site according to the approved execution documentation and the execution schedule;
  • Coordinates its own project team as well as that of subcontractors Solves current problems in the site and in relations with third parties (Beneficiary, Designer, Subcontractors, Suppliers) Provides updated data on the status of works at internal meetings, ensures communication with the client on the execution of works;
  • Ensures that the supply of necessary materials is done on time and verifies the existence of quality documents; Performs the reception of works per execution stages and ensures their compliance;
  • Participates in the preparation of technical documentation for the "Technical Book of Construction"; Prepares and / or verifies the work situations, work reports, minutes and any other technical documentation;
  • Contributes to the submission of documentation and maintaining relations with public authorities. Follows and archives project documentation according to the system of evidence, filing and archiving of project documents to allow control / audit of the project during implementation and post-implementation;
  • In the management of its activity and of the developed projects, it ensures the observance of the HSE norms in force as well as of the internal HSE standard Aggreko;
  • Respects the work schedule and the work norms imposed by Aggreko and in accordance with the legislation in force. Reporting Daily, weekly, monthly and on any other occasion when requested Key Role Interactions Clients, Service Providers / Contractors, Subcontractors, Local and group Aggreko staff, local authorities Required qualifications : University graduate in technical studies (eg Thermal-Energy Engineering) Minimum 3 years of experience in the project management area Experience in the energy / oil-gas / automation industry - an advantage Knowledgeable in interpreting process and automation schemes, execution documents, etc Work experience in relation to public authorities and contractors, subcontractors (eg local and county councils, the National Authority for Energy Regulation, the Environmental Protection Agency, site managers, etc.

    Experience in project management and the use of specific tools for their creation and monitoring (execution chart i.e. Gant chart) English - advanced level Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel) and design programs (eg AUTOCAD) Driving license - category B - mandatory requirements Level of responsibility Autonomous professional with work experience in project management.

    Focuses on the implementation of medium-term projects 1 to 2 years. Has responsibilities in the financial management of the project, being involved in the creation of the cost offer and / or negotiation of subcontracting contracts Manages projects and processes that are moderately complex with little oversight Requires general technical or business knowledge.
