Ideal candidate :

  • University degree is a plus;
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in recruitment
  • High level of proficiency in English (written and oral);
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment processes;
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to details; multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work with deadlines;
  • Can do" attitude;
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating system;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Passion for video-games / high-tech / gadgets can be a plus.
  • Job Description :

  • Developing strategies in order to identify and select suitable candidates that meet the requirements;
  • Creating job descriptions;
  • Using social media as a tool to find out the suitable candidates for various positions;
  • Screening candidate's resumes and job applications;
  • Contacting proper candidates, by telephone and email;
  • Scheduling candidates for interviews or evaluation tests;
  • Assessing candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, competences and aptitudes;
  • Providing weekly report for managers and an updated recruitment note;
  • Providing feedback for the candidates following the interviews.
