Knowledge, skills, abilities
Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and even a touch of Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok) and different post types;
Excellent writing and editing skills;
Beginner Photoshop skills or Canva skills are a plus;
You know how to organize consumer engagement activities such as contests, user-generated challenges, giveaways;
Influencer outreach activities;
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels;
At least 2 years of prior relevant work experience;
Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor degree in a Creative or Communication related fields.
At least three years’ experience working with social media especially with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, with hands-on management of social media accounts.
Fluent in speaking and writing in Romanian & English, high copywriting skills, creative writing skills.
Creativity, strong sense of design and aesthetics.
Fast learner & hands-on attitude.
Previous experience with unified social media marketing platforms (Hootsuite, Socialbakers etc.) would be a plus
Experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly manage end-to-end execution of social media campaign.
Experience in KPI setting, advertising budget management and reporting.
Building and executing Social Media strategy and deploying marketing campaigns based on business strategy, brand area of expertise and buyer personas;
Create editorial calendars, generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, images, video);
Co-creation and implementation of brands creative marketing campaigns including influencer marketing, real time marketing and sales oriented activities.
Social Media research and listening to identify new content opportunities;
Competition research and monitoring and Social Media audits and optimizations;
Generate user content and use it further within the editorial calendar;
Work closely with community management responsible to ensure all questions, comments and information requests are answered;
A data-driven approach towards Social Media by continuously capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics.
