Four year degree in business, accounting, math or MIS or related equivalent work experience.
At least 2 year of technical support experience.
Has a highly detailed, thorough understanding of the knowledge / skill area and is able to apply it with effectiveness in the position.
Proficient knowledge of supported Operating Systems (i.e. Windows 8, Windows 10 and databases (i.e. SQL)
Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for delivering, Dynamics CRM Online, Dynamics CRM On-Premise and Parature.
The primary focus will be ensuring that all Microsoft customers and partners are very satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive.
Utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, they will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
They will effectively manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and partners and resolution of all issues.
They will develop a relationship with their technical peers for the solution they support and related technologies in order to ensure improved collaboration and satisfaction in support.
