Your day to day :
Support our customer, Vodafone Cloud and Infrastructure ( VCI) for the the ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 implementation and certification
Design, publish and support the improvement of VCI processes and QMS relevant documentation
Provide process and quality consultancy / training activities towards our customers
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business :
Responsible to design in ARIS, align and publish processes for the relevant areas, in agreement with process owners and VCI departments, detailing the related flows, relevant roles, key responsibilities and KPIs
Performs periodical process reviews and audits, aiming to identify and propose actions to improve process performance.
Facilitate process discussion across different departments and leverage both internal expertise and external best practices (e.g. ITIL)
Standardize and harmonize processes across different organisations
Support management to implement and maintain the Quality / Service management systems, keeping and extend the related Certificates- ISO 9001 and ISO 20000.
Interface to the external ISO auditors.
Perform internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 according to the agreed plan. Agree corrective actions and track them to completion
Manage the Quality Management document repository; define and maintain templates for document management.
With these skills, you are a great candidate :
At least 3 years experience in IT sector
At least 2 years of experience in process design methodology and tool (e.g. ARIS)
In-depth knowledge and experience of ISO9001 and ISO 20000 standards
Experience in auditing
Good organizational skills and self-organised
Good interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
