Job Description

  • Working with limited supervision;
  • Planning, coordinates, execute, checks, monitors, eliminates complex problems;
  • Informing senior team member on a timely basis;
  • Manages low and moderately complex activities autonomous with limited guidance (and / or complex with support);
  • Actively seeks and proposes solutions to overcome problems and implements where possible;
  • Uses managers to spar with;
  • Challenges the project team and works good together with the consultants;
  • Supporting and enables juniors to develop;
  • Proactively seeks for work and / or asks manager to help;
  • Handling difficult situations and / or knows when to seek help;
  • Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers and stakeholders;
  • Reading, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
  • Specific activities :

  • Implementation / rollout support and assistance for end users during go-live and hypercare phase of new applications / versions
  • Consulting, general user support and training measures for users
  • realization of global "post rollout projects" (industrialized rollout activities for version upgrades)
  • Regular maintenance activities for defined IT tools (e.g. check actual system settings, update of master data, archiving of transactions, etc.)
  • 2nd. Level support for purchasing IT tools for defined user groups
  • Qualifications

  • Studies : Univerity Degree
  • Language : English Advanced, German is a plus
  • Strong process mindset and IT affinity
  • Very good knowledge in SAP -MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Analytical thinking and decision making capabilities
  • Very good communication skills and strong in collaboration within the team and with others
  • Great networking skills and intercultural understanding
  • Self determined and structured way of working
  • High motivation and engagement
  • Understanding of project management procedure in agile and waterfall projects
  • Team oriented;
  • Ability to delegate tasks and mentor more inexperienced associates in their tasks and activities;
  • Experience in working in international teams;
  • Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers and stakeholders;
  • Flexibility, good problem solving capacity;
  • Willingness to travel (if needed for a project);
  • Orientation on goals, initiative, self-driven.
