In Human Health (HH), Agile enables cross-functional commercial teams to increase their effectiveness and drive value. It is an approach to omnichannel that focuses on rapid, iterative tests to optimize the customer experience.
Agile Coaches are a critical enabler in teams, departments and subsidiaries delivering value and changing ways of working.
Supports the local translation of the global Agile scaling model within a market. Driving consistency and efficiency across multiple teams and business units whilst coaching key stakeholders to ensure transparency and non-hierarchy.
Operates at the multi-team level, engaging stakeholders both in, and outside, the Agile teams to remove any impediments they can’t remove themselves.
Key Activities / Responsibilities
Continually translate MSDs interpretation of Agile / Scrum and aligns with global on local implementation. Mentor scrum masters and internal coaches.
Identify impediments beyond team and supports removal. Optimize and identify areas of process improvement and collaborate with HR to develop training models.
Facilitate meetings and group dynamics. Keep updated on new Agile models and coaching techniques, build relationships with other Agile orgs and contribute to the Agile Marketing Community of Practice.
As part of the market(cluster) agile team, the Agile Coach will be responsible for building an agile mindset and the deployment of Agile Methodology.
They will work closely with other subject matter experts across business units, including teams working on marketing technology, customer experience, advanced analytics and partnerships. The Coach will :
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent from an accredited university; health economics, medicine, or business preferred
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, 3+ years of experience in implementing Scrum and 6+ years of equivalent project management experience is an advantage
Prior experience and working knowledge of Agile Methodology. Prior experience working on a large transformational change initiative
Expert working knowledge and experience in Agile and relevant Agile Methodologies
