Role: GTM Business Development Consultant with Spanish (GTM BDC) - evening shift (15:00 - 00:00) Location: Bucharest, Romania Reports to: Manager, GTM Business Development The Role - How you’ll make an impact: Oracle University GTM Business Development Consultants (GTM BDCs) are a team of creative, hungry, ambitious, and talented individuals who are excited about being in a fast-paced role. In this sales role, you will sell Oracle University’s services and solutions via telephone and digital means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. As a GTM BDC you’ll be spearheading the inbound client acquisition and in many cases will be the first point of contact for prospective new customers. The GTM BDC team is a critical component of our sales model and presents an outstanding opportunity to hone one’s skills while building a strong foundation in preparation for an exciting and rewarding career with Oracle. Responsibilities: •Responsible for quickly and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from our various inbound channels, including but not limited to: Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), phone, chat, contact forms, etc. and then create, progress and close opportunities •Aggressively use phone, email and other sales and marketing tools to contact current and potential customers to generate interest in Oracle University’s solutions •Achieve or exceed quarterly, and annual sales goals for closed/won business by creating value to customers for our solution footprint •Master account strategies and planning to deliver on your assigned targets consistently •Expertly articulate the value of Oracle University solutions and overcome objections •Develop Subject Matter Expertise in your assigned industry/vertical/offering stack (be the person others seek out for your in-depth solution knowledge and sales know-how) and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends •Support sales through phone calls, emails, web-based presentations, and other digital selling techniques to manage product positioning and strategies •Opportunity Tracking – Monitor opportunities through the Oracle University sales process and ensure all CRM records are always properly updated. Be responsible for accurately forecasting opportunities and participate in account reviews with Oracle University sales management •Ensuring a professional sales experience for customers during all aspects of the sales process and touch points including formal meetings agendas, formal follow-up and issue resolution in a timely fashion •Evangelize Oracle University services leveraging your mastery of digital/social selling techniques •Has the aptitude and wherewithal for generating a certain percentage of their pipeline through effective prospecting at target contacts in assigned accounts/territory as needed by the business We are looking for someone who: •Has a positive self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity •Possess strong business acumen and personal networking skills •A high degree of coach-ability; attentive listening skills •Prospecting experience •Has deep CRM experience and hygiene •Is excellent with written/verbal communications/negotiating and closing skills •Has strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of creativity/resourcefulness •Is highly motivated, driven and is a self-starting individual with a positive attitude •Thrives in a face paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize •Has a four-year college degree. As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.
