As IT Business Manager you will ensure that the IT financial results are correct, complete and transparent and your drive is to continuously improve our IT financial processes and to enable us to make more data driven decisions.
Drive the maturity and support of our operational IT financial management processes by leveraging analytics and automation
Support the purchasing process by creating and monitoring purchase requisitions and managing purchase order renewals and changes as well monitoring invoices (Capital and non-Capital)
Monitor Monthly reconciliations including submission and reporting of accruals
Maintain the rolling financial forecast (Capital and non-Capital) on a daily basis and drive its continuous improvement
Report Status of IT capital orders including the monitoring of asset receipts and invoicing
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and perform ad hoc analyses.

The team drives the agile transformation (LACE), manages and ensures adoption of our IT financial processes, drives project, portfolio and change management processes, manages our software licenses and helps developing the skills and competences of our workforce to meet current and future needs.
In this role you will report into Stephanie van Vugt , Manager of the Shared IT Services Management Office (SISMO), who is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
To be successful in this role you have :
University degree in Economy / Finance / Business with 10+ years of experience in a financial setting
Strong communication and presentation skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written
Direct experience with budgeting and forecasting (capital management experience is a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills able to identify, analyze and propose solutions and insights to various technical and business issues using business intelligence tools.
Experience with process improvement and a constant desire to improve the status quo and to discover and learn about new and better ways.
Furthermore, you have :
Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Stakeholder management skills on tactical and operational level

Contract : This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
