The Team Leader Accounts Receivable & Cash Management is responsible for ensuring the effective performance of the Accounts Receivable & Cash Management functions within the region or countries assigned.
He / she manages individual performance and builds teamwork within his / her team.
Ensures all cash application transactions are posted correctly;
Supervises solving of all exceptions and inquiries;
Manages intercompany reconciliations;
Prepares correcting entries (approve in the absence of the manager);
Approves, supervises and ensures effective Accounts Receivable & Cash Management accounting activities in his / her team;
Acts as business partner to Local HoAs and SSC counterparts;
Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement in his / her team;
Performs coaching, mentoring and talent development activities for his / her.
Professional Education Level or University Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration;
Familiar with relevant Accounts Receivables & Cash Management processes and tax requirements;
Experience in SAP or ERP environment ( Knowledge of BT ERP an advantage e.g. BAAN, SAP, SMB, etc.);PC literate (MS-office tools, Lotus Notes etc.).
