The role of Lead Management Specialist within Safety and Productivity Solutions is to prospect the market within a specific territory to generate new business opportunities.
The role will require marketing campaign & lead management, cold call activities, pipeline management, forecasting and qualifying opportunities.
Principal Responsibilities :
Collaborate effectively with others (departments / internal teams etc) to ensure the customer needs are fully met
Prospects the market to identify businessopportunities and develop new business prospects from multiple sourcesincluding inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research (Linkedin, Sales Navigator, google etc)Identify clients’ needs and pain points, budget and decisional tree
Builds long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phoneIdentify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant functions (e.
g. Marketing or Sales Development
Address all inbound website requests, qualify them based on specific methodology and transfer to regional field sales team
Build deep relationships within territory channel community and become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services
Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable business growth while addressing new or existing customer needs

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience.
Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus
Moderate Sales Support experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Ability to influence across a broader organization
