Responsibilities

The Team Leader Wholesale Know Your Customer is responsible for managing the activity on the team’s projects, planning, coordinating and monitoring the operational activities within team’s perimeter.

Specifically, you will be required to :

  • Manage all operations related activities in accordance with Know Your Customer procedures and ensure the good quality of service and the achievement of objectives;
  • Manage the activity and improve the performance of the team, distribute the workload within the team / between the teams, ensure proper compliance and proper application of procedures, perform managerial checks for team members, monitor and evaluate the overall performance results of the team / KPI monitoring (productivity & quality) and implement corrective action plans if necessary;
  • Consolidate a relationship of trust and effective collaboration, organize / moderate / coordinate operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Actively participate in recurring governance committees, check and validate the monthly invoices according to forecast;
  • Manage operational risks / permanent supervision (specific GPS controls);
  • Act as an ambassador of flexibility and open-mindedness, perpetuate the autonomy of team members, ensure clear and transparent communication at team level;
  • Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional tasks, provide support in the implementation / transition / definition of new activities / processes;
  • Participate in the hiring process with the recruitment team.
  • Ensure good collaboration with the actors on the client side and provide support in the implementation / transition / definition of new activities / processes.
  • Profile required

  • Experience in team management (min. 1 year of experience in a leadership role) mandatory;
  • Good knowledge of Compliance / KYC (Know your Customer) activities, regulations, standards;
  • French language advanced level (minimum B2 writing and reading), English language - advanced level is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and decision making;
  • Management of daily tasks in an efficient and structured manner;
  • Openness to changes, creative thinking, attention to detail and rigor;
  • Team spirit, the ability to animate, motivate and convince, good active listening skills.
