Receive, assist, perform first analysis and track all OSS user’s demands from all European Vodafone markets and for central stack users.
Ensure demand intake and management of all stakeholders requests.
Understand user need that has been requested to OSS Network Engineering groups, categorize the request and address it to the Technical Leads in order to perform a deeper analysis.
