We are recruiting for fluent Hungarian speaking candidates who want to join an international Customer Support team in Bucharest, Romania.

In this role you will be helping existing as well as new consumers of a large car manufacturer via phone and email.

In this job role you will handle customer cases regarding various queries including warranty issues. It will be your tass to investigate the customer’s case in more detail, working closely with the specific car dealerships in the country.

This is very much a back office role where half of your day you will spend on administration, reviewing cases and written correspondence to your customers and various stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who have :

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in HUNGARIAN
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Eagerness to learn and develop
  • Full paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary plus monthly bonuses. Selection process is done via phone and skype and a relocation package will be available if successful, which includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks accommodation on arrival, relocation bonus, lunch vouchers, employee discount schemes, career progression opportunities, private medical insurance etc.
