Want to be a part of our team?The Sales Support & Administration Manager oversees, manages and supports the sales administration and ordering processes that enables the Sales function.
The primary responsibilities will include but not limited to ensuring client satisfaction and accurate order processing along with dealing with any client complaints.
Directs and coordinates incumbents responsible for the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders.
Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary. Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Working at NTT Key roles and responsibilities : Manages incoming work requests and make work assignments to team members and evaluate due dates, complexity and ensure work is distributed evenly across the team.
Responsible for managing the processing of all sales orders and related administration. Implementing and monitoring performance related KPI's and structure of the department.
Work with Sales Leaders to identify and implement areas of improvement. Manage customer rebates and payments to third party vendors as required.
Research and resolve escalated customer concerns and order related queries. Assist with the development and drive the implementation of a robust sales administration and support operational plan ensuring customer satisfaction, data integrity, financial security, inventory planning and accuracy, and overall performance of the team.
Develop and distribute management reports as required. Support the initiatives of management by developing policies and standards and striving for operational efficiency.
Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Ensure all procedures in regards to sales order processing are adhered to, keeping concise records that demonstrate company compliance.
Knowledge, skills and attributes Good understanding or ERP systems Good knowledge of business processes and relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to schedule work, delegate and monitor progress of others Comfortable working with senior level colleagues including sales leads, etc Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and associates Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales processes, tools and methodologies would be advantageous Ability to use judgement to make decisions about work process and apply improvements Academic qualifications and certifications : Bachelor’s degree in relevant area Experience required : 5 years of experience in a business environment Demonstrable work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent Hands on experience with Salesforce or similar system / CRM software and MS Office Substantial experience with quoting tools and systems would be an advantage Good management and leadership experience Operational and strategic planning experience What will make you a good fit for the role?
